End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective: March 2, 2026

1. License Grant

Upon purchasing a valid subscription or license key, Dhito grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the application strictly in accordance with these terms.

2. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

  • Reverse Engineer: Decompile, decrypt, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code or underlying algorithms of the software.
  • Distribute: Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the application or your personal license key.
  • Bypass Security: Attempt to bypass the license validation or hardware ID checks.

3. Disclaimer of AI Accuracy

Dhito utilizes local Artificial Intelligence models to transcribe audio and describe visual content.

  • You acknowledge that AI-generated text, transcriptions, and semantic matches may contain errors or omissions.
  • The application is provided as a productivity tool, and you should not rely on its outputs for critical, medical, or legal decisions.

4. Limitation of Liability and "As-Is" Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

  • No Data Loss Liability: Dhito scans and indexes local files on your system. In no event shall Dhito be liable for any loss of data or indirect damages.
  • Legal Immunity: You agree that the developer and owner of the Dhito app cannot be legally challenged, sued, or held liable under any circumstances based on the functioning, outputs, or use of the application.
  • Liability Cap: Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the software license in the preceding 1 month.

5. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and delete all copies.
