How to Install
Open DMG file
Double-click the downloaded dhito-production.dmg file once it completes.
Drag to Applications
Drag the Dhito app icon into your macOS Applications folder shortcut.
Launch Dhito
Open Applications, run Dhito, and start searching your files privately by memory!

The Dhito installer is officially code-signed by our developer certificate and notarized by Apple for your security and peace of mind.

Install Dhito with Homebrew.
brew tap dhito-app/tap
brew trust --cask dhito-app/tap/dhito
brew install --cask dhitoHomebrew verifies the SHA-256 of the Apple-notarized DMG before anything reaches your Applications folder. Later, brew upgrade --cask dhito keeps it current.
The middle command is required on Homebrew 6.0 and later, which refuse to load a cask from a third-party tap until you trust it. On older versions brew trust does not exist — skip that line. Requires an Apple Silicon Mac on macOS 13 Ventura or later. Full Homebrew guide.
